Payment, delivery, return

Payment methods:

1. Payment for online orders by bank card Visa, MasterCard, Monobank. Delivery of goods is carried out only after confirmation of payment.
2. Payment through the LiqPay system in the online store.
3. Payment by non-cash to the current account of the legal entity. When choosing this payment option, delivery of the goods is carried out after receipt of funds in the current account of the seller.

Delivery methods:

1. Delivery to the nearest Nova Poshta branch. Using the services of Nova Poshta, you can receive your order quickly, on time and in the most remote parts of Ukraine. Nova Poshta delivery service is paid separately from the order.
2. Address delivery by Nova Poshta. Paid by the buyer separately from the order. Address delivery by courier service only in Dnipro.
3. Delivery by other carriers by separate agreement with the manager.
4. Self-pickup from the store.

Shipping cost:

Delivery by Nova Poshta according to carrier tariffs or other options upon agreement with the manager.

Delivery time:

If the order is paid for before 5 p.m., it will be shipped on the day of the order. In other cases – on the next working day

Return:

As this product belongs to the category of individual and disposable, its return and exchange is possible only while maintaining the integrity of the package. Exchange or return at the initiative of the buyer is made at the expense of the buyer. The possibility and conditions of returning the goods will be specified individually.
